Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
ðŋ For Plants
As plants are live products, we do not accept returns on plants.
However, if your plant arrives:
- damaged
- dead
- or in poor condition
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial/full refund (depending on the issue)
There is no need to return damaged plants unless specifically requested by our team.
ðŠī For Non-Plant Products
Unused and unopened non-plant products may be eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- the product is damaged
- defective
- or incorrect
In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product back to us.
